Cancellation and Refund Policy
Should you require to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $10.00 Administration Fee. Cancellations received within 24 hrs will be charged a 25% surcharge of the total value of the order. All orders placed online or over the telephone will be credited back to the original credit card which the order was purchased.
Return Policy
All refunds and returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis. You must contact us within 24hrs of receiving the product.
Care Instructions
- For bouquets:
Remove the wet pack bag, rinse the stems to remove the water gel. Recut all stems on angle and place directly into water. For the best shelf life change water every second day and recut the stems. - Vase arrangements:
To up the vase with fresh water. For best shelf life, recut the stems and change the water, ensuring all stems reach water.
